• Change- We learn in school that change is constant, and yet we resist and often resist when change happens.
• Communication- The key to successful relationships with teammates, co-workers, family and friends, learn how to communicate more effectively.
• Goals- If you don't know where you are going any road will get you there- the astonishing statistic is that only 3 of 100 people have goals. Not having goals is like driving your car with no destination.

For young aspiring hockey players ages Bantam to Junior a Program called - Pucks, Paradigms, and Leadership. This program allows the young athletes to gain an understanding that allows them to realize their true potential. The results have been overwhelming, for the players and their parents.
