The one on one sessions are very specific to attend to the individuals needs. I have dealt with many young men struggling in many different areas. The work takes time and effort but the results have been great, seeing a young man get an idea of who he is and where or what it is that he wants is very satisfying. It helps with the communication that they have with the coaches and parents as well as relationships with teammates.

It does take some time to get movement and through the issues. I recommend anywhere from 25-40 hours. I typically spend a lot of time the first month and then is scales back month to month. Eventually what happens is that they only call when issues arise because they know how to deal with it.

My hourly rate is $150 and I require an initial retainer of 20 hours. If travel is required my daily rate is $500 plus expenses which will be taken out of the retainer. I am very easy to deal with and my main goal is to make sure that they get what they need. The next month or after the retainer is depleted we will discuss how much I think will be required as the next retainer. It typically does decline each month as the young men start to gain confidence and find their way.
