We each have paradigms that have taken us to where we are today. The defintion of a paradigm is this: "A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline". By being able to identify and THINK about how you view your reality in the workplace, home, and relationships you will be allowing yourself to reevaluate your results. You will be shown how you became attached to those beliefs and habits and also how to create and develop new ones that will take you to new heights in all aspects of your life.
It is the first and most critical step to change, a change for the better, for if you are not moving forward and developing new better habits then you will cause yourself to move in the other direction better known as the comfort zone. It may feel comfortable but it is a place of complacency and will eventually lead to fear, doubt and anxiety.

Start marching to the beat of your own drum, the quality of life we are in search of is in the quality of questions we ask ourselves. So ask yourself this question "Am I being the best that I can be today, in every situation?"

This is an excellent topic, it will bring clarity, confidence and most importantly a new Self Image that will allow you to be the best everyday, in everyway.
